What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in financial services, with at least 2 years focused on AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like M365 Copilot/Studio, MS PowerApps, frontier models, and prompt engineering.
- Strong background in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technology solutions.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with a proven ability to deliver business value iteratively.
- High-energy, team-oriented, and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

- Previous experience in investment management.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science, or equivalent experience.
