The Role
We’re hiring a Manager to lead insurance-focused consulting engagements across business, operating model, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll own delivery, manage consultants, and act as the day-to-day senior contact for clients, while also contributing to account growth and practice development.
This role is ideal for someone ready to step beyond pure delivery and take on people leadership and commercial responsibility.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading and managing end-to-end client engagements
- Owning project structure, delivery timelines, and quality
- Translating client business challenges into clear, actionable solutions
- Managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Leading and mentoring Consultants and Senior Consultants
- Running client workshops and senior stakeholder sessions
- Building trusted, long-term client relationships
- Supporting business development, proposals, and account growth
- Contributing to internal initiatives and the development of the insurance practice
- Staying close to insurance industry trends and client priorities
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in consulting or large-scale change delivery
- Strong background in insurance consulting, insurance carriers, or brokerage environments
- Experience delivering initiatives across:
- Target Operating Models
- Business and process transformation
- Technology-enabled change
- Data and operational initiatives
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Commercial awareness with interest in account management and practice growth
- Collaborative leadership style with a focus on mentoring and development
