Overview
We are partnering with a leading consulting firm seeking a Manager to join its Asset & Wealth Management practice.
The team works with traditional asset managers, wealth management firms, alternative investment managers, and financial services organisations to modernise operating models, enhance technology platforms, improve data capabilities, and drive large-scale business transformation initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to work across the full investment lifecycle, helping clients navigate evolving market dynamics, digital transformation, private markets growth, and operational complexity.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on business transformation, operating model design, and process improvement initiatives
- Support front, middle, and back-office transformation programmes across asset and wealth management organisations
- Design and implement scalable operating models that improve efficiency, governance, and client outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements and technology-enabled solutions
- Support system selection, implementation, and optimisation initiatives
- Analyse business processes, operating models, and organisational structures to identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and project workstreams
- Contribute to business development activities, proposals, and thought leadership initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across operations, technology, data, finance, and risk functions
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience within asset management, wealth management, fund administration, financial services consulting, or investment operations
- Experience supporting business transformation, operational improvement, or technology-enabled change initiatives
- Strong understanding of investment management operating models and investment operations
- Experience working directly with client stakeholders and senior leadership teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree required
