Overview
We are partnering with a leading consulting firm seeking an experienced Manager to support investment management clients through complex Aladdin transformation and implementation programmes.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience across asset management, wealth management, hedge funds, private markets, or consulting who possess strong knowledge of the BlackRock Aladdin platform and broader investment management operating models.
You will work directly with senior business and technology stakeholders to deliver large-scale platform implementations, operating model enhancements, data transformation initiatives, and technology modernisation programmes.
Responsibilities
- Lead Aladdin implementation, migration, and transformation programmes from planning through deployment and post-implementation support
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, implementation roadmaps, and delivery plans
- Manage platform configuration, workflow design, integration activities, testing, and deployment processes
- Support data migration, data quality, and reporting initiatives
- Drive operating model improvements across front, middle, and back-office functions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business requirements into technology solutions
- Manage project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting
- Lead project teams and mentor junior consultants and analysts
- Collaborate with business, operations, compliance, technology, and vendor teams throughout project lifecycles
- Stay current on Aladdin enhancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Experience within asset management, wealth management, hedge funds, private markets, or financial services consulting
- Hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin
- Experience supporting or leading Aladdin implementation, migration, enhancement, or optimisation programmes
- Strong understanding of investment management workflows and operating models
- Experience working with both business and technology stakeholders
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree required
