Overview

We are partnering with a leading consulting firm seeking a Manager to join its Asset & Wealth Management Transformation practice.

The team works with asset managers, wealth managers, alternative investment firms, and other financial institutions to improve operating models, enhance business performance, optimise processes, and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior client stakeholders while leading workstreams across strategic, operational, technology, and business transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project workstreams across transformation, operational improvement, and strategic change initiatives
  • Partner with client stakeholders to assess business challenges and develop practical solutions
  • Analyse operating models, business processes, organisational structures, and performance metrics
  • Develop recommendations that improve efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes
  • Manage project teams and support the development of junior consultants
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and executive presentations
  • Develop business cases, financial models, and implementation roadmaps
  • Contribute to proposal development, business development activities, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies impacting Asset & Wealth Management

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience within management consulting, asset management, wealth management, or financial services transformation
  • Experience leading project workstreams and managing client relationships
  • Strong understanding of asset management and wealth management operating models
  • Experience delivering business transformation, operational improvement, technology, or change initiatives
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required
