Overview
We are working with a leading consulting firm that advises asset managers, wealth managers, private markets firms, and other financial institutions on business transformation, operating model design, process improvement, technology strategy, and regulatory change.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking Consultants to join their Asset & Wealth Management practice.
This is an opportunity to work on high-profile transformation programmes across front, middle, and back-office functions while gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and industry-leading clients.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of consulting engagements across asset and wealth management clients
- Analyse business processes, operating models, and technology landscapes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from key stakeholders
- Document current and future-state processes, data flows, and business requirements
- Support business transformation, technology, regulatory, and operational change initiatives
- Develop presentations, reports, and recommendations for client leadership teams
- Conduct industry and market research to support client engagements
- Contribute to business development activities, proposals, and thought leadership initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience within management consulting, asset management, wealth management, or financial services
- Knowledge of asset management operations, investment management, wealth management, or capital markets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience gathering business requirements and working with stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and within project teams
- Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Experience
- Previous consulting experience within a recognised consulting firm
- Exposure to business transformation, target operating model, process improvement, or technology-enabled change projects
- Understanding of investment platforms, portfolio management, compliance, operations, data, or middle-office functions
- Professional certifications or postgraduate qualifications are advantageous
