The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Consultant to support advisory-led transformation initiatives across private markets and alternative investment firms.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys structured problem-solving, client-facing delivery, and ownership of workstreams across complex engagements. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders at private equity, credit, and real assets firms, helping them address operating model, strategy, and technology-enabled change challenges.

What You’ll Be Working On
- Leading defined workstreams or project components across advisory engagements
- Supporting and driving end-to-end project delivery
- Gathering, analysing, and synthesising data to inform recommendations
- Facilitating client interviews and workshops
- Producing high-quality, client-ready deliverables and presentations
- Translating complex analysis into clear, actionable insights
- Working directly with client stakeholders from early in the engagement
- Building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
- Supporting practice development through thought leadership and market research
- Maintaining a strong understanding of private markets trends and challenges
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years’ experience in:
- Financial services consulting, or
- Internal advisory / strategy roles within financial institutions
- Proven experience delivering advisory-led engagements
- Operating model design
- Strategic transformation
- Technology-enabled change
- Exposure to investment management or private markets environments
(private equity, credit, real assets, or similar) - Strong consulting toolkit (analysis, structuring, storytelling)
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple concurrent engagements
- Strong interpersonal skills and client presence
- Willingness to travel if required
